We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as we could easily hail a taxi or use Didi to get around. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. We were impressed by the room service, offering delicious meals delivered right to our door. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. The airport shuttle was also available for guests, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends for its fantastic location, excellent service, and convenient amenities.

The hotel's location is great, just 2 miles from jinji lake and next to the train station in Suzhou.

Rooms were big and comfortable. Great breakfast with large selection. Excellent location near shops, offices and restaurants.
Check-in process was slow and staff were not very helpful. No currency exchange services available.

We loved the size of the room and the delicious breakfast. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We also appreciated the convenient location in the center of this city, easily accessible by taxi or Didi.

Located in the center of Suzhou, this high, end hotel offers luxurious rooms with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the rooms are spacious, with separate living room and bedroom areas, and some even have a mini kitchen and washing machine. the bathrooms are large, with high, quality amenities and enormous showers. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of local and western foods, served in a light and airy dining room. With its great location and excellent facilities, this hotel is a treat for anyone staying in the city.
Check, in process can be slow and inefficient.

Great service and excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a modern design. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very good. The room had all the amenities we needed except for USB ports. The size of the room and the breakfast were the highlights of our stay.
Check-in process was slow and the staff's English was limited. Website did not mention this and no compensation was offered.
